The Seller's Program - How It Works Our Preferred agents have agreed to represent home sellers for just $1500 (up front) or 1.2% of the accepted purchase price (at close), a fraction of their typical commission. Our Preferred Agents list your home, advertise it on the MLS, negotiate the contract on your behalf and handle every aspect of the transaction all the way through closing - all for just $1500 total! And you set the commission offered to any agent who brings a buyer. We must limit our listing area coverage to Larimer & Weld County Colorado. The Process STEP 1 If your home is currently listed, wait for it to expire. STEP 2 Fill out our online form to order the listing. STEP 3 We will contact you to set up an appointment in your home to sign the Listing Agreement What You Get for $1500 Our Preferred Agents do everything a traditional agent does to get your home sold but for a $1500 flat fee instead of a traditional 3% listing commission. Our Affiliated Agents provide the following services: * Comparable sales of homes sold in your immediate area sent to you via email. This will help you determine your asking price. Your agent will go over the data with you and give his/her opinion regarding price. * Your home advertised in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). This is what gets homes sold in almost every case. * Taking House advertising. Conditions apply. Ask your agent for details. * Brokerage yard sign. * A secure digital keybox for agent access, so every agent in the state can show your house to interested clients. * Expert contract negotiation and coordination with escrow, title, lenders, etc. Full management of the transaction all the way through closing.
